Information on the Possession and Storage of Personal Data

Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with the fact that we are implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR) in Poland, we would like to inform you that:

  • The controller of your personal data, meaning the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data, is Arteo Sp. z o.o Design sp. k., headquartered in Warsaw at Palisadowa 20/22 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller” or “Arteo”).

  • The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR, meaning that data is processed for the purpose of contract execution/cooperation and for initiating cooperation (point b) within the scope of a legitimate interest (point f).
  • Providing data is voluntary but necessary for cooperation. Refusal to provide data will result in the inability to continue cooperation.
  • Data will not be shared with entities other than those authorized under legal provisions.
  • You have the right to access your data, rectify it, correct it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  • You have the right to request the cessation of data processing or to object to its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

We inform you that Arteo processes your personal data, including name, surname, address, email address, phone number, NIP (Tax Identification Number), REGON (Company Identification Number), bank account number, and registration details (if provided) for the purposes of business communication, issuing invoices, and fulfilling legal and tax obligations, such as storing accounting documentation. Personal data will be processed throughout the duration of cooperation and after its termination for the period necessary for the limitation of potential claims (3 years) and for legal and tax obligations (6 years). Data may be disclosed only to authorized employees and associates of Arteo for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

We declare that decisions regarding the purpose for which the data is processed will not be made in an automated manner, and personal data will not be subject to profiling or transferred to a third country.

We emphasize that the protection of your privacy, including your personal data, is one of our highest priorities.
